traditional market experience by connecting you with experienced local marketers who shop on

your behalf. Whether you are a pregnant or breastfeeding woman avoiding crowded markets or a

customer seeking a stress-free, home-delivered market experience, these Terms and Conditions

(“Terms”) govern your use of the eMaketa service. By accessing or using the eMaketa app, you

agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the eMaketa app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,

and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. Your

continued use of the service will be deemed acceptance of any changes.

3. Description of Services

eMaketa offers a unique marketplace buying service where:

Users can create detailed market lists, set budgets, or choose their preferred meal options.

Local Marketers are engaged to shop for fresh, high-quality items directly from local

markets.

In the near future, eMaketa may also provide services for purchasing items from

supermarkets and malls.

who prefer not to navigate busy market environments.

4. User Account and Registration

4.1. Account Creation

A user must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

A user must maintain the confidentiality of their account details and promptly notify

eMaketa of any unauthorized use. eMaketa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if the provided

information is found to be misleading or false.

4.2. Eligibility

A User must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian if under

18, in accordance with applicable laws.

Specific services designed for pregnant women or other special groups are offered as part

of our commitment to safety and convenience.

5. User Obligations and Responsibilities

As a user of eMaketa, you agree to:

6. eMaketa’s Obligations and Commitments

eMaketa is committed to delivering a seamless buying experience. Our responsibilities include:

behalf.

Providing an intuitive interface for creating market lists, setting budgets, and selecting

product preferences.

Ensuring that user queries, feedback, or issues are addressed promptly via our support

channels.

Regularly update the app to improve user experience and incorporate additional services

(e.g., expansion into supermarkets and malls). Maintaining strict quality control measures to the best of our ability, though actual

product quality is subject to the discretion and availability at local markets.

7. Payment and Pricing

7.1 Service Fees

Users agree to pay all applicable fees for the services rendered. These fees are clearly displayed

during the creation of the market list before final confirmation. All payments must be processed

securely through the payment methods available in the app.

7.2 Payment Processing

eMaketa utilizes secure payment gateways for all transactions. Users are responsible for

providing accurate and valid payment information. By creating your market list, you authorize

eMaketa to charge the total amount for the requested services.

7.3 Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds: Users can request a refund if the items received do not meet the

quality standards or specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase (e.g., wrong items

delivered, poor-quality products).

Refund Process: To request a refund, users must contact eMaketa’s customer support

within 48 hours of receiving their delivery. A user will be required to provide relevant

details (e.g., order number, product issue) to process the refund.

Refund Approval: eMaketa reserves the right to inspect the complaint and verify the

issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as fresh produce, may not be eligible for

refund due to their perishable nature.

7.4 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: Users can cancel their orders before the local marketer has begun

buying for the items. Cancellations made after this point will incur a 20% cancellation

fee to cover preparation costs.

Refund for Cancellations: If an order is canceled within the allowable window, the user

will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees or applicable cancellation charges. Unfulfilled Market List: If eMaketa is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen

circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability, delivery issues), users will receive a full refund

or can choose to have their market list replaced with similar products.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

eMaketa is committed to protecting your data. By using our app, you agree to our Privacy Policy

party service providers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

thereof) at any time without notice.

Upon termination, users must immediately cease using the app and settle any outstanding

payments.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws

of the jurisdiction in which eMaketa operates.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the

exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
