eMaketa Refund and Cancellation Policy

At eMaketa, we are committed to providing high-quality service through our trusted local marketers. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Users may cancel an order within the cancellation time frame as defined by the eMaketa application.

  • If an order is cancelled during this allowed period, the user will receive a full refund of the order amount minus the applicable service fees.

  • Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they cover operational and platform usage costs.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

  • Once an order has been processed and goods have been purchased by a marketer on your behalf, the transaction is considered final.

  • Refunds or exchanges for purchased items are not permitted.

  • Users are encouraged to trust the purchasing expertise of our trained marketers, who are selected for their experience and market knowledge to ensure the best possible selections.

3. Exceptional Cases

  • In rare cases where an item is unavailable or substituted, our support team will notify you immediately and provide alternatives.

  • Any refund issued due to exceptional circumstances will be processed at the discretion of eMaketa management.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds (where applicable) are credited back to the original payment method within 0–3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
